1. Acceptance

By creating an MLS Scholars account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and provide accurate information.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.

4. Exam integrity

You agree not to copy, share, or leak exam questions, answers, or certificates. We may detect and log tab-switching, copy attempts, and other suspicious behaviour during a CBT session. Attempts flagged for cheating may be voided and certificates revoked.

5. Subscriptions & refunds

Subscription pricing is displayed on the Plans page. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 7 days of purchase where the platform has been unable to deliver the paid service.

6. Certificates

Certificates are issued to the account that passed the CBT and remain the property of MLS Scholars. We may revoke a certificate if the underlying attempt is found to violate exam integrity rules.

7. Content

Exam content, questions, and explanations are copyrighted. You may use them for personal study only.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
